This workshop provides a unique opportunity to intentionally shape your career journey. As an experienced executive coach and facilitator, Analiza Quiroz Wolf will walk you through the process step-by-step, so you can create your personalized success plan and gain insight, reflection, and accountability, all while connecting with a supportive community of other women leaders of color.

Get access to weekly online lessons that you can view at your convenience. Participate in a 90-minute weekly group coach session for 6 weeks to review work and workshop your specific challenge. Participants also have access to an online community to ask questions throughout the session, lifetime access to the content and all updates, and lifetime access to our alumni community.

After 25 years of working with hundreds of talented and compassionate women, Analiza Quiroz Wolf developed The Next Level Leadership Method® to accelerate impact and performance that includes:

This course is designed for people who identify as women of color. This allows us to explore the unique challenges women face when communicating at work. We pair curriculum with a coaching cohort of like-minded women leaders of color so it’s not just about learning – it’s about creating a community of support because we want to get you results.

Define your authentic leadership and brand. Conduct a deep dive into your Zone of Genius, purpose, values, talents, strengths, and goals.

Understand your organization’s political system and learn stakeholder empathy mapping to strategically build relationships with internal champions and senior executive sponsorship to get access to new opportunities and influence the promotion process.

#5 Work-Life Integration

Craft a blueprint of your life vision that motivates you. Use our Define, Create, Own Roadmap to define and create “Your All” spanning work, life, family, relationships, health, wealth, and community.

Develop a self-care practice. Reflect on your daily habits and understand your energizers and motivators to create an individualized and sustaining restorative habit.

FAQs

When is the right time? Maybe later? If you had the chance to get clarity, confidence, and concrete tools to grow in your career now, why wouldn’t you take it? There’s probably never going to be a “good time” so better to get moving on it sooner than later. I wish I had learned these strategies earlier in life (it would have saved heartache and accelerated my career), but I’m glad that we can all know them now to show us and thrive as the authentic leader we are.
